PVC Pipe

Bergrivier Bespoeiing only uses uPvC pipes and the standards are SANS 966-1 and ISO 9001.

All PvC pipes Bergrivier Besproeiing supply will carry the SANS 966-1 mark. This assures the client of excellent quality and durability that will serve you for many years.

Poly Pipes

Bergrivier Besproeiing provides ONLY Polypipe-V30 that meets our high standards. We make use of selected suppliers who also strive to pursue our vision of quality. Bergrivier Besproeiing made the decision after thorough investigations to use only Polypipe which has 30% Virgin material in it. The required certificates (COC) have been obtained and we are happy with the quality. All our Polypipe bear the brand V30 which means there is 30% Virgin material in it.

All polypipe (99%) in the market is NON-SABS and this causes confusion among the customers. The quality and prices vary vastly, we can also supply the cheaper products, but it is at your own risk.

Galvanised Pipe

Bergrivier Besproeiing uses SABS steel pipes, which allow us to galvanize at approved firms that do it for us. The quality and longevity of our products are determined by the companies that do the galvanizing. Our quality inspections are done continuously.

HDPE Pipe

HDPE (High Density Polyethylene) pipes are tough pipes with high resistance to chemicals and corrosion that have decaying resistant properties. HDPE supports sprinkler irrigation, subsoil drainage systems and drill pipes.

Bergrivier Besproeiing only uses HDPE pipe that carries the SABS mark of trusted quality for SANS ISO 4427. Our quality inspections are done continuously.

 

 

Drainage Pipe

Having sufficient drainage is crucial in orchards and irrigation grounds. We supply non-SABS drilled and undrilled pipes, in various sizes from 75mm to 315 mm.

 

 

 

Drip Lines

Bergrivier Besproeiing’s intent is quality and durability, so we make use of suppliers that offer it. Netafim with RAM drip is one of our largest providers. We have been using all the RAM drippers for over 32 years and with excellent results. The other suppliers (Agriplas, Naan etc.) also have good products, we also support them.

Sprinklers and Sprayers

We supply a large variety of sprinklers and spayers for agricultural and garden irrigation as well as all the necessary accessories for the systems. Including micro, drip, sprinkler and computerised irrigation with AC, DC and radio control.

Valves & Taps

We supply all the different taps:

  1. Hydroulise Taps: These taps can do pressure control and the types are Bermad and Gator.
  2. Gate Valves: These taps are made of cast iron and different types are available.
  3. Butterfly Valve: Here we only use taps with the stainless-steel gate.
  4. PvC Valves: We have all types and quality in stock.

Filters

Bergrivier Besproeiing uses different types of filters for different needs:

  • Sand filters (new technology glass sand)
    – ideal with drip irrigation
  • Disc filters (Arkal, Spin, Klin and Amiad)
    – ideal for micro irrigation
  • Maas filters (Amiad or Filtomat) cleaner type of water                               – ideal for micro irrigation as well as Pop-Up sprayers
